Thanks Rob...I am a "windows" captive, so I may need a little help to just poke around there and convert to wav files...I sure hope it can be done...I mean, i'm staring at these Flac tracks from this incredible show, just dying to hear what most have said is a significant sound upgrade, and...hell of a tease is all.
btw, it took for-ever to DL that show...is that normal for "seeding" bittorent shows?
I should add that all this will have to wait til I get home later today...i'm at work now & they'd frown on my accessing 10/29/77 at the major priority of my day.

This supposed difference in quality has to be one of those internet myths doesn't it? If you end up with the exact same digital file how can it possibly make any difference how it got on to your computer, whether it was torrent, download or burned to a disc someone sent you in the mail? Beats me anyway.
